    I think the photos are just about the best part (which I honestly had little to nothing to do with)

  What a love article, Lara.
  
  And one of the things that really drives home your point that men in middle eastern dance is JUST as versatile is the photo montage at the end. There is such a range of styles and aesthetics that people would have to be stupid to deny that it's there.

  A good read. It's inclusive and honoring, which is what I've ultimately found in my dance travels. It's the first article I've read that notes the lone man can be as challenged as well by the situation. *smiles*
